Everyone should have a legal will. Ideally, everyone should have a will prepared by an experienced estate planning lawyer so you can have the piece of mind that your will was prepared properly and customized to your unique situation.
If you don’t have a will, or your will is out of date, I can assist you in preparing a legally sound will that is appropriate for you and will stand up to government scrutiny.
My rates are very reasonable, starting at only $350 plus GST for an individual, and $600 plus GST for a couple. Additional charges will apply for wills that take longer to draft (more than two hours for an individual or more than three hours for a couple). Extra charges also apply to make trips to homes or hospitals to sign wills.

A will, also referred to as a last will and testament, is a vital part of any person’s estate planning. The will determines who gets what from your estate, appoints one or more representatives (executors) to administer your estate, and deals with issues.
|
The process of planning out all important issues relating to a person’s estate and end stages of life is often referred to generically as estate planning. Part of estate planning involves drafting a will, a power of attorney, and a personal directive.
|
Besides being a wills and estate planning lawyer, I am also a notary public. I offer additional legal and notary services, including divorce and family law services, immigration services, document drafting, and notarization of legal documents.
